Help!!

Anyone know to work out the pp allowance? My dad just started and doesn't think hes doing the correct amount of points. Hes 57,.5ft10 &.weighs 20st 7lb .
Any help would be great. Im new myself

Mmmm...Have just joined myself. Weigh 21.8st and have 60points to play with. Strange as Im 1st heavier but have so many more points to play!
