Help!!

Hey every1! Just looking for a little guidance! I had a baby 3 weeks ago & want to start getting bk into fitness & exercise but dont no what to do or where to start :( I am completely unfit & need to go slow & steady. Any1 any ideas?

I'd say just going for a daily walk with baby in the pushchair, once you get used to that then step it up a notch.
 
Good advice, pushing baby around in buggy is really good exercise. Get out before the weather changes!

You need to take it slowly at least until your lochia stops. As said above going for walk most days is a great start. Not sure where abouts you are but pram fit classes have become quite popular in the past few years (sites like Netmums will likely list any in your local area). If you have a games console some of the fitness games can be a good starting point as you can take things at your own pace.
