Are pork steaks free on ee (fat removed) as on syns it says lean only but the ones I've got are from lidl British pork lion steaks???
  2. Lean pork - that is, with all visible fat removed - is free on EE and red.

I am assuming you mean loin steaks - don't know the syns for LION steaks :)

Haha Lion steaks! Yum. I was also wondering this as I went to Lidl to do my first dieting shop and picked up meat like beef, chicken & gammon. So, as long as fat is cut off, does that make it lean? x

yep it does. Chicken etc has to have the skin removed (you can cook with it on but cant eat any of it)
Mince also has to be extra lean/ less than 5% fat or quorn mince to be free.
