Just come back from holidays and i have put 8lb on, i know i can lose that just as quick as i put it on, but im really struggling to get back into the diet
I had to travel for business so was forced to eat. When i came back i started on 1000 cal plan foe just over a week & now have started back on SS today.
I'm ok at the moment but we'll see....
A lot of people say it's better to start back on a higher plan & work your way back to SS or SS+.
I'm new to the diet myself, but i did atkins for 2 weeks before starting, and i really think it helped. Your body goes into ketosis while your eating because of the low carbs, and then when you start ss you dont feel hungry because you're already ketosed... That's what worked for me anyway x
