I have spent the last week trying to get into Slimfast. By this I mean I have been having the drinks, shakes and bars to see if I can do it!
I have got my head round doing it now I just need to get strict - Will this work?
1) 8am - Shake made at home
2) 11am - Shake made at home
3) 2pm Shake made at home
4) Dinner approx 600 cals @ 5pm
I thought I would not do the snacks but rather replace 2 snacks with an extra shake because if I leave it too long between meals I would eat everything in sight - so we are looking at an average of 1200 cals a day plus milk in tea and coffee.
This should be OK shouldn't it?
