Hi ,
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!

I am wanting to start my diet tomorrow, but the class that i use to go to, is starting back up on the 11th Jan!
I WANT to start, but if i start now, then when 11th Jan comes and i "start" that week, that means i won't have a good loss, because you lose the most in week one? I hope you can understand what i mean. What do you guys think? will i start now? or 11th Jan?

I think if you want to start now you should, and then you will have a regular loss every week, it doesn't matter if you dont have a huge weightloss the first week after class as you will have had your big weightloss in a weeks time. And you could have lost a good few lbs by the 11th. If you wait until class starts you may gain again before you lose if that makes sense. It is entirely up to you though. Good luck with whatever you decide x

I have just printed off the free trial menu (EE) for 7 days.
I have done SW before, so hopefully this new plan is not too hard.
