Do something to get your mind off it - go for a walk, do some housework, drink lots more water - anything - just dont cave!! lol

You have to think positive and think YOU CAN DO THIS!

If you've done two weeks so far you've come on loads and with over a stone lost in such a short space of time be proud of your achievements!

Think of something else to focus on or get a date in the future that you are going somewhere to give yourself a goal and something to aim to.
