Ok, multiply your whole stones by 14. then add the odd lbs to the number. That is your weight in lbs. Simple!

eg: 10st 7lb (I wish!) is -

10x14=140
+7 =147lb

14 lbs in a stone. So multiply your stones by 14. Then add the other lbs.

So...I'm 11stone8. 11x14=154 154+8 = 162lbs

You can type it into google - I do that for loads of conversion stuff and it works.

thanks girls,used the link maggie gave me think ive done it starting weight was 16 stone 6.5 pounds done it on 16.7 = 234 does that sound right x

I usually just put into good '12 stone into lbs' and it the answer is at the top. :)
