Helpful tips!!! Please add yours!!!

Hey girlies I've been thinking of ways to keep motivated, stop snacking or eating the wrong things etc and I was hoping people would add their tips too
1. Exercise of any type, produces happy hormones, why waste a hard session of training to eat a high calorie snack that is never as worth it as I thought
2. Keep busy, as soon as I sit watching telly I want to snack so i try not to or if I do I read or go on my laptop so atleast my hands are busy
3. Plan treats, if like me you suffer from guilt after being naughty or you lose motivation then it's a good idea to plan when your going to be eating out or allowing yourself a treat so that you feel in control of the situation

Hope these help and please can people add to the list, even small things could really help some people or even if it's wierd it we want to see, I'll add more tomorrow xxx

Plan , plan and plan some more, your food for the day. Never leave it so you find yourself scouring the fridge and the cupboards when you're hungry, searching what to eat as that's when the disasters will happen.

Allow youself a treat now and then. If not you'll be more tempted to break a very strict diet and go astray.

Picture yourself of how you want to look and feel before eating something you haven't planned too.....ask yourself is it worth it.
