Extra Easy helpp mee!!

    I started sw in November and lost 2st 7lb no problem now im on my last half a stone and have gone wild!! I cannot get back onto plan i crave anything and everything my meals are good they are all sw friendly they fill me up but i cant control the snacking help me please! Im a huge chocoholic so having a small bit of chocolate doesnt happen easy as i end up eating it all but have been eating all sorts so nothing specific that i am craving. I don't want to put the weight back on which im starting to do very quickly!!!! Any tips will be great help

    I'm the same with chocolate, so what I tend to do is put an options hot chocolate sachet in a tub of quark (add a little sweetener) or fromage frais and mix it into a smooth consistency, then dip fruit in it. If I have the syns i will also make a small alpen bar chocolate cheesecake. the only syns is the options sachet. Some one in my group does the same with total 0% greek yoghurt.

    Maybe sit down and have a hard think about why you started SW in the first place- look at photos of you at your highest weight and think about how much you don't want to be back there. You only have 7lbs to go! You can do that soon! It would be so annoying to gain back weight now you're so close to the finish line.

    Maybe lay out some of your favourite clothes that fit you well and you really love and when you feel like going off plan try them on and tell yourself if you gained weight you wouldn't be able to fit in them any more.

    Have plenty of free foods to snack on and every time you want to snack have a glass of water which will take some of the hunger away.

    I'm in the same place as you. I lost the bulk of my weight fairly easily and quickly but I got to within the last few lbs and completely lost the plot. I messed around for a few months losing and gaining the same weight but finally ending up a good 7lbs heavier. It didn't help that friends and family were telling me I looked great and didn't need to lose more. I enjoyed hearing this but started to actually believe it.
    For me, I have wiped my history at group and have rejoined as a new member (I know it's a bit drastic) I now have a new focus and have banished my previous weight loss from my mind. For me it came down to the fact that although I feel healthier I'm still not 100% happy with my weight. This seems to be working and I have re discovered my motivation. We CAN do this. X

    My biggest tip is to go back to basics. Re read your book. Find new exciting recipes to try. Measure healthy extras and enjoy using your syns :)

    Hi I too have a thing for chocolate :) my habit is in the evening siting down with the OH watching a film or tv we used to have some sweet treats which I find hard now I'm doing SW as I've had to give that bad habit up i still want to snack and it's hard to say no sometimes. I recently bought the Hi Fi bars (rocky ones) as I can have 2 bars as my HE or syn them up as 3 syns each they really hit the spot kicks that craving In the butt lol or another one my SW consultant told me about that helps her is a hot chocolate topped with those mini marshmallow which are half a syn for 10 plus the syn for the hot chocolate depending on which brand.
