Well I started at 16.2 and was around 10.11 here so think works out at just over 6 stone roughly.
I started oct 2nd and started eating beg feb. So roughly 4 months just under.
I'm not at around 12 and a half stone. But to be fair Iv been eating what I want which I shouldn't of. Take always etc and let it slip a little to much.
Plus I did no exercise what so ever before which I will be doing a little more this time to try and get it off as quick as possible.
I'll do doing before and after pics again. As before even though I felt I'd lost nothing the pics we're showing different :)
How are you doing and your goals etc? Xx

I did LT before and lost 4 stones in 16 weeks, then fell pregnant, after i had my baby i just ate and ate and the weight piled on. Absolutely gutted i put it all back on.

Im back for round to, started T 12.8'want to get to 8.10

I find the forum very quiet, last time i got sooooo much support on here but this time round no one ever replies which is such a shame because with a diet like this the support is so key

Ive actually had a Cambridge consultant come today ... 2 reasons. One the support is better on the forums, and secondly im at my mums so its awkward not eating Nd Cambridge has porridge a and soups which means i can join in with the family. I hope i get good results with Cambridge ... Its more expensive but lets see how it goes xx

    Got 2ish stone to go

    Well done before. :)
You can do it this time to :)
See I did the lipotrim even I was living at home with mum dad and my daughter. I found it so much easier because my mum was massive massive support and made sure she kept me going and you no you can't eat there lol and helped by buying water and reminding me rox have your shake. Or go have some water. I still sat at the table with them at times and had water and just kept my daughter company and sorting her out. And mum would also help as she's always up before me she would even make my shake before I went to work etc. Couldn't of done it without her. Now living in my own house. I have the temptation of no one being here such as my mum to think I can get away with it etc. And that's what I found hard because there's only so much support she can give. Even though she only lives up the road. Earlier on she sent me pics at my biggest and said use these. You don't want to be here again etc bless her. She's such a good motivation for me and I'd be lost without her support.
I want to stick with this diet because I no the results and no it works and no it's fast which is what I need. I will do before pics tomorrow as my daughter will be staying at her dad's so I'll have time to do it :)
It's so hard to put it back on after doing so well. I must say second time around is so much harder. I'm only on day one and ate a mouthful of Ellie's egg on toast lol but thought to myself I should still be proud because it's not even close to what I would of eaten in a day lol. But hay onwards and upwards. Tomo is a new day. I have been looking through old pics tonight and that's given me a kick up the ass.
My boss did that one you are on about. She lost 7 stone on that one and found it better. :) unfortunately I with part time and private rent which is £700 so I literally live on the help I get towards Ellie so I only have a certain amount of money I put aside when I was living at home to make sure I could do this for 8 weeks so this is my last chance not to blow it really. Failing is not a option for me now from tomorrow!!!!!! Iv told mum what I weighed today & she will make sure she knows what I weigh to lol xxx
Sorry for the life story lol
