Here goes, day 1...again

Wish I wasn't back again but here goes. Starting again today at 11st 1.6lbs, I'm aiming for 10st initially but might aim lower once I get there.

One choc shake down, yuk, I'd forgotten how much I dislike them, but I'm such a cheapskate that I'll force myself to drink it.

Looking forward to seeing less of you all over the next couple of months.

Welcome and good luck I think the other shakes are tastier than the chocolate - but like you, I make myself have them all! Can't bring myself to just throw them away.
