Here I go!!!

#1
Hey everyone.

I joined awhile back in the best of intenstions to sticking to a new healthy life, Sadly I've been feeling really drained and down lately so all my work kinda got thrown down the sink.

I started at 220Lbs and went down to 200Lbs now I'm at 210Lbs.

I bought myself a YORK rowing machine today which was a nice treat for myself.

Decided it's time to take control and get back in the game, Problem I have is I get tired very quickly is there anything I can do for this?

Really could do with some tips!

i dont exercise very much, but i do try in my spare time, if you need some tips, dont make it a chore, make it more of a hobbie, and something you enjoy doing just dont leave it in the spare room to get dusty and forget about it! the words of wisdom i always stick to are: "Do it for yourself, and not for others" just think that if you feel like giving up...who are you going to help? nobody, not even youself...good luck girl! only you can make the difference, nobody else can do it for you...

Good luck
Keep your chin up
be strong
and never give up,
because giving up is like forgetting it completely.
