I joined awhile back in the best of intenstions to sticking to a new healthy life, Sadly I've been feeling really drained and down lately so all my work kinda got thrown down the sink.
I started at 220Lbs and went down to 200Lbs now I'm at 210Lbs.
I bought myself a YORK rowing machine today which was a nice treat for myself.
Decided it's time to take control and get back in the game, Problem I have is I get tired very quickly is there anything I can do for this?
Really could do with some tips!
