Got my pills on Friday, but only started today as went away for the weekend. Haven't got any low fat healthy food in till Wednesday when I shop so am having to get by with what I have in the cupboards. For breakfast I had two slices of wholemeal bread with jam (no butter
) and lunch was pasta and baked beans. Have had a little fruit salad as a snack and it looks like savoury rice with fish (battered but with batter taken off) for dinner. Does this seem about right?
