Here we go again!!!

    Well never in a million years did I think Id be doing LT again. I started it in August last year for the first time. Stuck with it 100% for 6 weeks and then did refeed! I reached my goal weight of 9st and was able to maintain for many many weeks!!

    Then christmas hit me and my god did I fall down the slippery slope. I ended up gaining just over a stone (1st 5lbs to be exact) and felt miserable.

    I have played around with diets and tried to get t back off however think i'v ended up gaining more! Turns out i cant do it with out Lipotrim so am now determined to get the weight off again.

    I hate myself as I am and knowing that 6 months ago I was happy and looked great just upsets me. I cant believe I let all that hard work go to waste!!

    Still moan over I am now more determined than ever to get back down as I know I can do it and I know how long it will take!!

    Im going back to the chemist on thursday to get my supply and then will start on Monday as going to Newcastle for the weekend on friday so cant really start til I get back.

    Just booked a holiday for June so will definitely be bikini ready for then!

    Cant wait to start and begin to feel better about myself.

    Welcome back to LT, at least the second time around you know what to expect of the diet and yourself. 3 stone was awesome to lose first time around so well done!!!
    Good luck with starting - im only on day 6 but i have found it helpful to post a diary on here, i can vent my frustrations and get handy tips off other people :)

    Thanks for the support. Lost 1st 9lbs last time, not 3 stone, although wish I had and then now id would have just put the right amount back on to be healthy! haha

    Really excited to do it again actually, as I know i can lose the weight and i know I will definitely feel great in about 6 weeks!! and with summer coming up i'll definitely be motivated to keep it off! Not the best idea to start just in time for winter!

    Is this your first time then? Day 6 is brill, first week nearly done and thats the worse week! Good luck witn your weigh in!!

    Thanks Sandra, Im going to do my best I know I can do it as i did it 100% last time. Think you need to get in to the zone and once there theres no stopping you!! haha

    2 weeks and hopefully ill be in the zone! think this site is what will get me through it!

    Well here are after a fantastic weekend away in Newcastle, I am on my first day of LT. When I got weighed at the chemist last thursday I found out I was right back to square one which isnt too much of a shock as non of my clothes fit so knew it was bad.

    Still first day and firdst shake done and feel extremly motivated to get back to the 9st mark. I have 5 straight weeks to complete then because of a work event i have to refeed for a week then go on the event then do 2 final weeks just to get the last few pounds off. Beginning of May will be the super slim me again! sooooooooooo excited!!!

    First day almost over!! 100% done, feel a little hungry but just keep thinking "I want to be slim, I want to be slim" and it stops any cravings! Think a peppermint tea is in order and then maybe tv in bed. Roll on day two!

    Well done for getting through day 2!!! Get through the next few days and you will be sailing through them... ive lost count now where im up to, either day 12 or 13?? not sure!!

    Good luck for the next few days and keep that positive attitude, it certainly works!!!

    well its the morning of day 2 and im feeling a little weak, but i remember now that i always felt like this for the first hour or so!

    peppermint tea and then first shake and maybe a walk today!

    definitely find it easier when i'm off work to get this first week out of the way then when i go back i'll hopefully be well and truly in the zone!

    Beginning of day 5 today and still going strong. No cheats, been 100% so doing well up to now. First weigh in today and I am nervous as its only been 5 days. First time I did this it was the same situation and I lost 4lbs so fingers crossed its no less than that!!

    Well ive lost 3lbs which isnt great but I think i probably put a couple on over the weekend so maybe thats why it only looks like 3. Plus its not a full week so its not too bad. Roll on WI week 2.

    welcome back Emmielou... im the same lost three stone back in 1997 and kept it off but starting to slip again so cant believe im back on Lipotrim... but gotta be done!!!! p.s im new to this forum.. how do you get all the info... goals etc and weightloss under the ticker... i tried to enter it all into my sig info? but reckon im goin wrong?? Thanks!

    Well day 6 and Ive had the two days from hell, feel like i need to rip my hair out! I was so close to quitting before as I had no energy and just craved food sooooooo much! think this happened at about this point last time so I guess its down to your body going through something at this stage. Maybe going into Ketosis?? Anyhow I'm pushing through and focussing on the results!! I CAN DO THIS AND WILL!!!!!!

    Morning of day 7 and your right I feel proud I got through it! Also actually feel a little slimmer! Want to go bikini shopping for my holiday but know that there is no point yet as I will loose the weight so I have that to look forward to. Also I have a tiny dress that I bought when I lost the weight last time so keep looking at that and thinking in 5/6 weeks ill be back in it! Back at work tomorrow so hopefully the week will fly and I'll soon be back for WI number 2!! Hope to have lost half a stone so only need to lose 4 this week to achieve!
