Weighed in yesterday and lost 2.5lbs. I was a bit disappointed as I didn't cheat and I drank plenty of water. I had a massive blow out yesterday and was all for giving up for the weekend but I got up this morning and am feeling positive and have got back on plan. I put 1.75lb on so that and a little more (another 2.25lb) needs to come off to stay on track for my target for the month!
