Hey everyone :)
i'm male and 18
this will be quite a long one, sorry

i have finally decided to crack on with trying to lose weight.

I weigh around 13 1/2 stone and desperately want to slim down now.

I'm quite active, i play for a football team on thursdays, and i'm going to regularly cycle and run now every day.
I would like to swim but i'm too concious of my body to :sigh:

So exercise isn't really a problem its just the eating ( of course )
Starting this week i've been eating healthier than before but no special diet or anything.
the only thing is i'm probably the most fussy eater on this whole forum :mad:

but from the moment i post this thread is when i'm going to make a difference!
