So I started slim and save today. I'm doing SS, nothing else. I wouldn't say I am terribly over weight, but in Jan 2012 I was 10st 6 and now I'm 11st 9lbs
. It turns out I have an under-active thyroid. I was diagnosed about 4 months ago and I am still putting on weight at around 2lbs per month, the medication isn't helping and my doctors are investigating as I still have many of my other symptoms though my test results say I shouldn't :sigh:.
Anyway, enough about that...I want to get back to how I was and I have tried doing a low cal food diet combined with exercise to no avail. I think I need the confines of total meal replacement.
Today I have been up beat but hungry.
Question- I regularly drink about 2.5L of water but today I have been even thirstier, is this normal and is it an issue if I go over the 3.5L suggested?
