HEX and syn Value Please

Morning :wavey:! Hope you can help me with this one. I've never had scan bran before and am trying it today but wondered how many scan brans can I use as a Healthy Extra B? And, how many syns per piece are they?

I'm going to have them with Laughing Cow Light triangles (HEX A).

You get 5 scan bran for 1 HEB or they are ½ syn each if you want to syn them
