Hi i went to get some ryvita last night and was shocked that they are double the price of the same thing but morrisons own brand (morrisons was 8cals more) can you use own brand stuff or have to use ryvita?
Not sure really, it would depend on all the ingredients I think and mainly the amount of fibre. I know for HeB you can substitute own brand cereal for branded ones of the same kind but nowhere on the website does it say you can for other B's. Unless I've missed it of course.
I assumed I could have a sainsbury's brown pitta rather than asda for a HeB but turns out it doesn't work that way.
The only way for sure would be to contact SW directly I think.
the other crispbreads available for a healthy b are:
3 tesco organic crispbread
3 Lidl sesame crispbread
3 Asda good for you rye crispbread
6 Aldi Savour bakes rye crispbread
6 Finn crisp multigrain thin rye/plain crispbread
