HEXB Cereals??

Hi all

Sorry to be a pain in the backside...

I need some cereal inspiration, could somebody post me the list of cereals you can have as a HEXB as i've lost my book and i'm tired of porridge, weetabix and all bran!!

I've been having 2 alpen light bars heated in the microwave with strawberries or bananas and fat free yoghurt x

Be careful with shredded wheat, you only get one - and a ryvita I think
