Congratulations on getting to target! You start by adding one HE a day and see how your WI goes next week. if you keep losing, you keep adding another HE until you start to maintain. Some people choose to add more syns as well, or follow the normal plan during the week and take the weekend off, but that can be the start of a slippery slope if you are not strong minded.

Is that 1 extra HEX A, B or both? - does it mean I can have 2 on extra easy days?

When I got to target it was just one HE -either A or B - but now I see people taking one of each. Try it and see what happens :)
