Hey all

Hope you guys r doing ok :)

Went to my friends funeral on Sat - it was very emotional. She definitely had a good send off and it was lovely to see so many people turn up to pay their respects. You could tell her family appreciated it.

I spent much of Saturday pondering things and have decided that I'm just not ready to take control of my eating. Just too much 'stuff' going on and I know, amongst many other benefits, what CD allows is the ease of just not having to think about food. No planning required and is what I need right now.

What I do know however, is that, when I'm ready - Atkins is the perfect life maintenance choice and is what I'll choose to do. I just want to drop my last stone and enjoy not having to think much beyond that right now.

I wish I had chosen Atkins when I reached goal two years ago - coz I would not have put most of my weight back on.

Anyhow - I am where I am. I'll continue to keep an eye on this forum, coz you guys rock :talk017:

Thanks all :)

Will defo keep an eye on this forum and tease (no torture) myself with reading about all the lush food you guys eat and still lose weight.

There is much support here, lots of good info and ideas about eating.

So, my atkins buddies - good luck to those on induction, OWL and maintenance.
