    Hi there, hope your all doing ok.

    I'm new here, and i've chose today to start a more healthy diet and try to lose some weight.

    I found the forum and thought it would be good to keep me motivated :)

    I'm not doing any particular diet, just trying to stick to a 1500 calorie limit and do some more exercise (mostly wii-fit and dvds lol)

    Hi there, I'm just starting too. I also intend to keep an eye on what I eat and take more exercise (finding time is hard). Hope you get off to a good start.
