Hi there, hope your all doing ok.
I'm new here, and i've chose today to start a more healthy diet and try to lose some weight.
I found the forum and thought it would be good to keep me motivated
I'm not doing any particular diet, just trying to stick to a 1500 calorie limit and do some more exercise (mostly wii-fit and dvds lol)
