Hi there, I joined up to this site a few days ago, however I've only just plucked up the courage to say hi!

I'm Beth, 23 and I have a (nearly) 3 year old son. Every 6 months I say to myself I want to lose weight, and I start off well but then something always happens and makes me go back to my old ways, hence why this time I've joined a forum :D
I've always been overweight since I was 12 and now my son is growing up I want to do things with him and not feel embarrassed!

I'm going to start just cutting out fizzy drinks and start to eat better as I know this is something only I can do, if I don't have it in the house I can't be tempted ;) For excercize I'm going to be walking everywhere (some days can be 2 hours walking) wii fit and slowly build it up from there.
