Hey Miss you look well fit!!!

Have just gone back to work after the hols and all the kids are back in school now. Have been doing the diet for 14 wks and although I had lost nearly 3 stone before the hols not many people at work had noticed. Have now lost 4 st and have had so many comments.... cant keep the smile off my face. In one class today one of the yr 11 really naughty boys said to me Corr Miss youve lost well loads of weight....you look well fit!!! It was so funny just had to tell you all!!! Some of the other staff didnt even recognise me!!
