Lol that's me too not up for running out n about with the jelly belly and thunder thighs that's why I do it at home :)

'About' 3 a week - must be the understatement of the year ;). I have NEVER seen anyone lose as consistently as you, 3s every week until you did a 2 followed by a 4 for 4 weeks (so still averaging exactly 3lbs per week!) and then back to a 3! Lol.

Stick with it & continue like you have !!

I'm 3 packs down 1 to go which I'll have at 7.

Been on loo loads packs are going straight through me. Hoping it will settle down soon. Apart from that day 4 is nearly done and dusted :)
 
Evening all day 3 was going good but. I am thinking I have picked up the tummy bug everyone getting at work as really feeling unwell. Been sick all afternoon. Feel woozy n burning up. Not giving up though. Hope it passes quick

bit tired not sure if that's cause I'm up early in the mornings etc hammering the water though been an ok day just an evening of chilling planned when the kids are in bed x

Keep drinking water as sickness can be down to concentrated vitamins and minerals in the packs. Also some have flu type symptoms it's the carb withdraw. See how you go, I'm hoping my tummy settles down as the shakes are going in and straight back out.
 
Thanks guys just gonna try a nice soak in bath, Think it deffo a tummy big as 5 from work down with it

Won't feel like a positive just now LFC but at least you won't fancy eating feeling like that. Hope the sickness passes soon xx
 
Hi all hope you all ok, I am still very ill. With the sickness bug. Can't eat as comes straight back. Struggling keeping fluids down too think I am just gonna go back to bed
