Hi all another noob

    Hi all im will, i have been half heartedly farting around with different diets and my weight has been creeping up the whole time as i never stick to them. I caught myself in the mirror the other day and thaught now is the time!
    Ive took the plunge and started cd 100% 3 days ago and am amazed with how its going!
    I was 17st 4lbs sunday and today i weighed in at 16st 12lb, im in ketosis according to ketostix test (2nd from darkest colour). I know i shouldnt weigh in every day but im impatient lol!
    Anyway my goals are to get into my old clothes and to get to 13.5 stone, which i know may sound a bit high still but i have been weight training for about 6yrs so i do have a little bit of bulk below this chub!

    Well done you! That is fab. Hope you continue in the same way. Keep on posting and visiting mm as I find it's a great distraction if you feel the nibbles coming on and all the positive feedback is such a great help too.

    Thanks for the welcoming comments! I will post up my weigh ins weekly and hopefully it will keep me motivated!
    I have a dull headache from cd how long does it take to go away? Nothing i take is making it better!

    Lol yea poor choice of wording i think! Cant wait until monday for my weekly weigh in! Im 10lbs down 5 days in! Only problem is i have to go for a meal for a friends birthday on sat in the casino so maybe i'll just have a chicken salad n drink bottled water all night (no vodka for me!). I will be fine with chicken and a bit of lettuce, ill skip the rest and no dressing. It wont knock me out of ketosis or put me off track will it?
