hi all (hangs head in shame)

After a pretty horrid few weeks (boyf cheating on me, moving back to my mums and stuff at work) I've really gone off the wagon. I've realised now that I need get back on it as I have a holibobs in sept that I sooooo need a bikini body for!

I've had a rough time of late and really used food as an emotional crutch...that and my class folding has really led me off the path. I'm starting slim fast on Monday for a few weeks to give me a head start then I'm coming back to ww.

I want to do this for me. Idiot doing what he did just made me more certain of that! First night out tonight since my party...first time I've felt like it!

It's time to look forward, not back! Hello bikini in September lol x
