Hi all, Im at goal, woohooooooooo.

Hi some of you will know me and obviously some wont, I started cd on 13th June last year and moved onto ww end of Nov (needed an op and couldnt do cd).I started cd at 16st 1lb and this morning am 9st 13lb.

This weekend Ive hit 1lb below my goal weight of 10st and to say im happy is an understatement.

Just wanted to say thankyou to every1 on minis I really couldnt of done it without you.xxxxx
