Hi all new here :)....

S: 16st9lb C: 13st1lb G: 10st10lb BMI: 28.7 Loss: 3st8lb(21.46%)
I just wanted to ask anyone for some advice..:sigh:

I have been dieting for over 6 months and have gone from 16 stone 6 pounds to 15 stone.. that is not bad but I cant lose anymore ???:cry:
I dont eat rubbish.. eat healthy every day.. excercise and I am also on xenical..

I have just started drinking pure green tea today to see if that helps..
any advice would be fabby!!!
I have stayed 15 stone now for 4 weeks:confused:
no gain as I have not been naughty with food!!
I am just stuck in a rut but wont give up!

hiya. you've done really well, and also well done for not giving up, its so easy to just give up if the loss stops happening. perhaps you need to change tactics? shock your body into a restart by following a new regime?

I had this same problem....turns out i wasnt eating enough! *shock horror!!* Because i was exercising and burning up to 450 calories per gym session but only taking in around 700 during the day, my body went into starvation mode so wasnt letting the fat go anywhere!! So im eating quite a fair bit more now (normally lean protein) and my body fat % has dropped in a week!

Might not be the same reason for your weight loss to have stopped but thought id put it out there anyway! Dont be disheartened x x
