Hi all wanted to introduce myself I am angela and I jane had weight issues for years. I went weight watchers last year for nine months and lost 2st sadly though put it all back on. Having loads of problems with foods at the moment and feeling very bad about it all so have decided to start the lipotrim diet tomorrow wednesday managed by my local pharmacy. I am doing the total good replacement for 2 weeks and will see then how I am going and what my next step is. Here's hoping for good results. Good luck top all anng well done on all results so far.
