Hi All......Newbie here. Starting LL tomorrow!

Have my first meeting tomorrow night and Im really looking forward to it!

I'd ideally like to shift 2 1/2 stone for my hen weekend on 14th April and 3 1/2 stone for my wedding!!

Any tips you'd like to share to help me through? :)
 
Just hang in there for the first week, get through it any way you can - and then you won't need any tips. Don't cheat, stick to the programme to the letter and you WILL achieve your goals.

Good luck Lana i bet your so excited! the first few day's are the worst, keep focused and once you in ketosis it all gets a whole lot easier, honest it does!
 
Just stick to it and the diet will deliver its promise ! Drink the water even when you feel that you don't want to. Join in with the group activities, take full advantage of looking at your eating patterns, your core beliefs etc while you have the support around you.

Be nice to yourself, have lots of non-food treats !
