Hi there everyone,
just wanted to introduce myself before I start posting. I,m new to this tinterweb malarkey so bear with me. I have been doing ww for the past 8 wks & managed to lose 13 lbs woohoo!
Have been snooping around here for some inspiration for about 4 wks & think its a fantastic site and wanted to join to keep motivated so nice to meet y,all

Hi Caroline, just started doing exercise this last week. Walking and doing davina dvd , but hoping to add abit more as time goes on. Doing serious creeping to hubby for wii fit board for my birthday in couple of weeks, have heard they are good, although I have had every bit of exercise equipment known to man haha for some unknown reason they all turn into clothes horses! Whats that all about?

fair play, keep up the good work, defo going to do exercise every or most days, i think thats where i went wrong the last time i did ww. When i was younger i lost nearly 3 stone just on w watchers diet, i suppose the older i get the harder it is, so i wont get away with it that lightly again like i did when i lost it before lol

Yeah know what you mean about that darn age thing, I think the exercise & diet need to go hand in hand. Especially for those wobbly bits:eek:
