Hi all - newbie to site

Hi everyone,
Just to say I'm going to try RC - having done it 20yrs ago! Lost my original Hip and Thigh book I'm going to buy Inch Loss. Going to class is not an option for me at present, mainly cost and availability.
Until Amazon dispatch the book could you give me a bit of advice on what to eat and what to avoid? Can I eat Quorn mince/chunks/fillets as I am veggie and they make up a large part of my meals?
Looking forward to contributing to the RC group.

Yes you can eat most Quorn products. As long as its within the 5% fat rule i.e. 5g or less of fat per 100g, then its fine.

The board is quiet at the mo (school holidays) but if you have any questions, there is usually someone around sooner or later
