Hi everyone
I'm new to this site so I thought I'd say hi.
my name is cat and I'm still embarking on my slimming journey....it's not going very well lol.
i lost 2 stone on slimming world last year and surprise surprise it's magically appeared back on my body!
Im in desperate need of tips,ideas and support to help me fight the flab! I've been advised to loose 4 stone! But I think that's a bit much,I'm 5'4 and a dress size 14/16 so I'm aiming for 3 stone and to get to a comfortable 10.
