Hello,
i`m back on cd as tom......810.
I never got down to my target and now after being ill for 2 weeks have finaly got my head into the right place to finish my journey.
Am looking forward to getting over the next 4 days.
Any one else around on 810?
Going off to start a new ticker, hopefully my last one.

Hi Buffy, welcome back... hope you are feeling better now! I have been on 810 since the start of Feb, and though I have had some ups and downs it has been great as a way of re-educating about food and building better patterns. It works for me... hope you enjoy it too!
