hey everyone!

great site here! didnt realise how massive it was lol!

well im james, 22
thought i would sign up instead of just browsing and introduce my self.

as you can tell i signed up for a reason :S
that was to lose weight and from reading other posts everyone seems to be so supportive which is great to see

there are alot of tips etc i have looked at but may have missed out alot so i hopefully will be sticking around.

hi james wellcome this site is grand iam in ireland and ive lost 3 st 6ibs but want 2 lose 2 more st that is not 2 gud at the moment all i want 2 do is eat i should buck up soon gud luck with ur weight loss
