Well I'm back and I've held off saying hi this time until my second weeks almost over as theres been a lot of hurdles to jump for me to get this far.

So here I am and I'm here to stay this time I've stuck to the program 100% not a bite, lick or chew!

Yeah I'm feeling good . I lost 7st on ll a few years ago then fell pregnant with my 4th and put it all back on again plus more as I hadn't completed the program as I wasn't allowed to do rtm while pregnant! So here I am back to finish what I started
