Thanks everyone. I am pleased to report that I am now on day 3 and still 100%. Day 1 was horrible, Strawberry shake was disgusting, bar at lunch was inedible and could only eat 2/3rds of it and the mushroom soup was gross but I was so hungry I forced it down.
Day 2 was much better. Vanilla shake for brekky was nice, bought Tesco own brand bar for lunch which wasn't as filling but far far nicer. Dinner was a veg soup which I have to admit was delicious.
Day 3 started great with a chocolate shake which was scrummy. Things are looking up or my taste buds are adjusting.
I WILL DO THIS!!!! :-0
