Hi all finally I decided I would join weightwatchers :) I'm hoping I wil reach my goal and stick at it ThIS time as I have my husband doing it with me :)

My start weight 12st 11.5 lbs
First weigh in - 6.5 lbs :)

Husband start weight 19st 8.5lbs
First weigh in -8.5lbs :)

Next weigh in on Tuesday
My husband doing brilliant I'm finding it very hard as I have quit smoking 5 weeks ago and seem to be ALWAYS hungry !!

Have been using this website for tips and to find out how Many pro points in things .
It has been great help :)

Week 3 and I have lost ten pounds so far and my husband has lost an amazing 19 pounds :)

It's great were both still determined and focused
This time we WILL get our ideal weights

Well done to you both. I am sure doing it together will help. My hubby has an allergy to anything that he sees as diet food....easy for him to judge when he has never had a weight issue. He wants to support me, but not give up anything unhealthy as he doesn't think he needs to. I am now using this site to find recipes that don't appear to be diet food, and at the moment it's working as he thinks I am just trying some new "normal" recipes....one thing though try not and get into a competition with him, as guys always seem to lose it quicker!
