Hi all

I' new here but not new to dieting....we actually go back a long.....long way. I recently lost almost a stone with SW but left the class in November due to losing my will power...needless to say I was successful in getting back up to my start weight...and have to do it all again! I don't really want to go back to class but have given myself a week to either lose some myself at home or rejoin.
Good luck everyone, this certainly seems to be the place for inspiration :)
