Hi everyone, moving over from Atkins.... 2 stone down but struggling with eating lots of fats...!!

Still doing low carb but going to calorie count, see if that helps. My fitnes pal has given me a 1200 cal daily allowance... eeeek!
Any tips, hints, recomendations.... send them my way! Atkins is fab if anyone wants to give it a go. :)
 
Morning! :) I have no tips really as I'm only day 3 and previously did the Cambridge. My diary is in the sub sections if you fancy a read! X

You've done great so far :) meal plan in advance, have sugar free drinks and mints or chewing gum on standby for when you need a distraction from food
