Been lurking for a long time and thought it was time I joined in
I have just started my 4th week of CD and so far I have lost 10lbs - not great but good enough for me and of course I am drinking loads of the dreaded water & weeing for Britain.
Wk 1 = 6lbs
Wk 2 = 3lbs
Wk 3 = 1lb
