    cd started 19/1 09 now ww started 1/4/09
    just started on WW this week after feeling too poorly on cd...

    fancy a chinese take out, and have read loads of stuff, but wondered what others order and the points value????

    Usually go for chicken chow mein - about 8 points depending on the portion size. Stay away from prawn crackers - they eat up points quicker than you can eat them! xx

    Not too sure what to order, but if you have rice go for plain, and not fried - that'll save you some points.
