Hi I had been following the Cambridge diet for 8 weeks with a 1 stone weight loss, developed a few heatlh problems as a result and had to stop. Stuck to the 615 calories a day with food instead but every pound has gone back on and a few more so am wanting to restart but need to do it slower, maybe in 4 week chunks with a week off inbetween. Cant honestly say I enjoyed it the first time around but it has been the only diet that has successfully lost me any weight so far.
