Hi all, I'm on my third week of sw (weigh in tonight). I've done calorie counting years and years ago, low fat diets, and weight watchers a couple of years ago (I gave up after a few weeks). This is my first go at slimming world and I've lost 7.5 pounds in 2 weeks but have loads to lose, as I'm at my fattest ever. I'm finding it much easier than ww so far though. Not so much hunger going on!

hi dehli, glad your enjoying it, so glad i joined sw now, was going to go to ww (they are in the same building on the same night). seems to be a much easier plan to follow!

Welcome to the site Dehli, I find it great for support and ideas. I did WW too and found I was starving all the time which im not on SW thank god lol

Pickles if you go to the top left of the page, click User CP and click edit Signature. You only have limited space until you have posted I think 50 posts then you can add a pic and you have more room to write stuff.
