Hi all, I'm on my third week of sw (weigh in tonight). I've done calorie counting years and years ago, low fat diets, and weight watchers a couple of years ago (I gave up after a few weeks). This is my first go at slimming world and I've lost 7.5 pounds in 2 weeks but have loads to lose, as I'm at my fattest ever. I'm finding it much easier than ww so far though. Not so much hunger going on!
