Hi, back after a long break.

Hi everyone! I can't remember the last time I posted but I've done a mix of ww, sw and cc in the past. We helped me shed about 2st after my first child, tried sw after second child but couldn't manage it (bf might have had something to do with it) and have successfully used mfp to cc too. Seemed to reach natural weight if 9st (I'm 5ft2) then started a stressful job which made me lose weight then had a big house move about 10 months ago and have since gained over half a stone. Dabbled in calorie counting but not seriously until now.
Anyway, I'm now 9st7lbs and 5ft2. I aim to lose 7lbs at a rate of 0.5-1lb per week. I do often slack at the weekend so I try to be really good through the week. MFP says that to achieve this I should eat 1280 calories a day. I will exercise and maybe eat those calories depending how hungry I feel.
